冷床柔性缓冲挡板装置的设计与应用

摘要 通过SolidWorks模拟软件,对轧钢生产线冷床进行运动模拟分析,对频繁损坏的挡板装置进行重新设计,并引进柔性缓冲概念,实现了设备功能、精度的升级与优化。目前,该装置在唐钢中厚板公司得到成功应用,并计划在行业内推广,可为企业带来可观的经济效益及社会效益,成为推动科技成果转化的典范。 The article performs simulation analysis on the motion of cooling bed in rolling production line and redesigns the frequently damaged damper device by means of SoidWorks simuation software,thus realising the upgrade and optimization of equipment function and accuracy by introducing the flexible buffer concept.At present,the device has been successful applied in Tangsteeel Medium and Heavy Plate Co.,Ltd.and is planned to be promoted in the same industry,which can bring remarkable economic and social benefits to the enterprise and becomes a typical model promoting the transformation of scientific and technical achievements.
