基于中医传承辅助系统探析李伟伟教授治疗儿童肾病综合征水肿期的用药规律

Research on the Medication Regularity of Professor Li Weiwei in Treating Edema of Nephrotic Syndrome in Children Based on Inheritance Support System of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的基于中医传承辅助系统(V2.5),总结李伟伟教授治疗儿童肾病综合征水肿期的用药特点及规律。方法收集2018年10月—2021年2月李伟伟教授治疗儿童肾病综合征水肿期的处方。运用中医传承辅助系统软件(V2.5)挖掘处方中药物的使用频次、四气五味归经、核心组合及得出新处方。结果本研究纳入156首处方,共90味药物,使用频次>30的有19味。药性以温、平、寒为主,药味以甘、辛、苦为主,归经以脾、肾、肺经为主。基于关联规则演化得到8个新处方。结论李伟伟教授治疗小儿肾病综合征水肿期以白术附子汤及麻黄附子细辛汤为主,治以宣肺、健脾、温阳、通阳利水。

Objective To summarize the characteristics and regularity of Professor Li Weiwei in the treatment of edema stage of nephrotic syndrome in children based on the Inheritance Support System of Traditional Chinese Medicine(V2.5).Methods Collecting the prescriptions of Professor Li Weiwei for the treatment of edema stage of nephrotic syndrome in children from October 2018 to February 2021,traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system software(V2.5)was used to mine the frequency of drug use in prescriptions,four qi and five flavors and meridians,core combinations and obtain new prescriptions.Results 156 prescriptions with 90 herbs were included in this study,and 19 herbs were used more frequently than 30.The medicinal properties are mainly warm,flat,and cold,and the medicinal taste is mainly sweet,pungent,and bitter,and the meridians are mainly spleen,kidney,and lung meridians.Eight new prescriptions were obtained based on association rule evolution.Conclusion Professor Li Weiwei is mainly treated with Baizhu Fuzitang and Mahuang Fuzi Xixintang in the treatment of edema in children with nephrotic syndrome,and is treated with Xuanfei Lishui,Jianpi Lishui,Wenyang Lishui,Tongyang Lishui.
