糖尿病导致的认知功能障碍是多因素、多环节的致病过程,病情复杂。在糖尿病认知功能障碍整个疾病过程中,绝非单一证候能够解释和概括,呈现出复杂证候病机的特点。论述糖尿病认知功能障碍发病的虚实证候特点,能体现出糖尿病认知功能障碍的证候特点和发展规律,此文认为气虚精亏是发病基础,痰瘀闭阻是其关键,提出扶正祛邪、截断糖毒致损的治疗思路。

The cognitive dysfunction caused by diabetes is a multi-factor,multi-link pathogenic process,and the condition is complex.In the whole process of diabetic cognitive dysfunction,not a single syndrome can be explained and summarized,presenting the characteristics of complex syndrome and pathogenesis.This paper discusses the syndrome characteristics of deficiency and positive symptoms in the pathogenesis of diabetic cognitive dysfunction,which can reflect the syndrome characteristics and development rules of diabetic cognitive dysfunction.It holds that qi and essence deficiency are the basis of the pathogenesis,and phlegm and blood stasis blocking is the key,put forward the treatment idea of promoting healthy and eliminating evil and stopping glycotoxin damage.
