从疼痛的性质特点探讨胃痛的辨证分型

Discussion on the Syndrome Differentiation of Stomachache Starting from the Nature and Characteristics of the Pain

胃痛是最常见脾胃系病症之一,主要病变脏腑是胃,与肝脾亦有密切关系。胃痛,顾名思义,疼痛是其发病最直接、最明显的表现方式,也是患者自身最容易感受到的症状。在胃痛的中医诊断过程中,常通过望闻问切四诊从不同角度收集病情资料,然后进行分析判断,得出结论。在诊断过程中,四诊各有其独特的方法和意义,然而现在的一些医者,在辨证过程中时常因找不到重点而困惑,面对各种症状、体征犹豫不决。本文重点从疼痛的性质特点着手,结合古代医家相关思想理论,对胃痛的辨证分型进行探讨。

Stomachache is one of the most common diseases of spleen and stomach,and the main lesion is the stomach,which is closely related to the liver and spleen.Stomachache,as the name suggests,is the most direct and obvious manifestation of its onset,as well as the most easily felt symptom by the patient himself.In the process of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of stomachache,information about the condition is often collected from different angles through observation,listening,asking and cutting,and then analyzed and judged to reach a conclusion.In the process of diagnosis,the four diagnostic methods have their own unique methods and significance.However,in the process of differentiation of symptoms and signs,some current doctors are often confused because they cannot find the key points and hesitate in the face of various symptoms and signs.In this paper,the characteristics of pain,combined with the ancient medical theories related to the dialectical classification of stomachache are discussed.
