穴位注射联合头皮针治疗脑瘫患儿言语障碍38例

Acupoint Injection Combined with Scalp Acupuncture in the Treatment of Speech Disorders in Children with Cerebral Palsy for 38 Cases

目的观察穴位注射联合头皮针治疗脑瘫患儿言语障碍的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月—2019年12月赣州市人民医院康复医学科收治的80例符合研究纳入标准的言语障碍脑瘫患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采取常规康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组常规康复训练基础上,另行穴位注射联合头皮针治疗。比较2组患儿治疗前后语言发育商与个人社交发育商,并比较2组临床疗效。结果对照组临床总有效率为78.38%(29/37),观察组临床总有效率为94.74%(36/38),2组患儿临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031<0.05);2组患儿治疗后语言发育商及个人社交发育商均较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后语言发育商及个人社交发育商改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位注射联合头皮针能有效改善脑瘫患儿言语障碍。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection combined with scalp acupuncture in the treatment of speech disorders in children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 80 children with speech impairment cerebral palsy admitted to the department of rehabilitation medicine of Ganzhou People’s Hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with acupoint injection combined with scalp acupuncture on the basis of routine rehabilitation training in the control group.Language development quotient and personal social development quotient were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate was 78.38%(29/37)in the control group and 94.74%(36/38)in the observation group.There was statistical significance in the clinical efficacy of the two groups(P=0.031<0.05).After treatment,language development quotient and personal social development quotient in 2 groups were significantly increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of language development quotient and personal social development quotient in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection combined with scalp acupuncture can effectively improve speech disorders in children with cerebral palsy.
