中药灌肠联合雷火灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chinese Medicine Enema Combined with Thunder Fire Moxibustion in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

目的观察中药灌肠联合雷火灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年4月于信丰县中医院就诊的60例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分成对照组(30例,中药灌肠治疗)、观察组(30例,中药灌肠联合雷火灸治疗),观察2组临床疗效。结果2组患者治疗后的中医证候积分(疲倦无力、月经不调、畏寒肢冷、低热起伏),与本组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率96.7%(29/30),对照组为73.3%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药灌肠联合雷火灸治疗慢性盆腔炎,可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated in Xinfeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into control group(30 cases,Chinese medicine enema treatment)and observation group(30 cases,Chinese medicine enema combined with thunder fire moxibustion treatment),and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results The TCM syndrome scores of 2 groups after treatment(fatigue and weakness,irregular menstruation,chills and cold limbs,low heat fluctuation)were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.7%(29/30)in the observation group and 73.3%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine enema combined with thunder fire moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and improve the treatment effect,which is worth advocating.
