针刺十三鬼穴与醒脑静联合治疗重症昏迷的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture at Shisangui Point and Xingnaojing in Treating Severe Coma

目的对针刺十三鬼穴同醒脑静联合治疗重症昏迷的临床疗效进行分析。方法择取2018年1月—2019年12月南昌市洪都中医院收治的64例重症昏迷患者作为研究对象,并依据随机数字表法对其进行分组:基础组(32例,接受醒脑静治疗)、联合组(32例,接受针刺十三鬼穴+醒脑静治疗)。分析比较2组的格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分、意识苏醒时间,并观察其临床疗效。结果经治疗,联合组用药28 d、56 d的GCS评分均显著高于基础组(P<0.05);联合组的意识苏醒时间短于基础组(P<0.05);联合组的总有效率93.75%(30/32)较之基础组75.00%(24/32)明显更高(P<0.05)。结论针刺十三鬼穴联合醒脑静治疗重症昏迷患者可进一步增强治疗效果,有效减轻患者意识障碍,缩短患者意识苏醒时间,联合用药效果显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing combined with acupuncture at Shisangui point in the treatment of severe coma.Methods A total of 64 patients with severe coma admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The basic group of 32 cases received Xingnaojing treatment,and the combined group of 32 cases received Xingnaojing combined with acupuncture at Shisangui point.The Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score and time to consciousness were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was observed.Results After treatment,the GCS score of combined group was significantly higher than that of basic group at 28 d and 56 d(P<0.05).The time of consciousness awakening in the combined group was shorter than that in the basic group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in combined group(93.75%,30/32)was significantly higher than that in basic group(75.00%,24/32)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Shisangui point combined with Xingnaojing therapy for severe coma patients can further enhance the therapeutic effect,effectively reduce the patient’s consciousness disorder,shorten the patient’s consciousness waking time,and the combined treatment has a significant effect.
