中西医结合治疗胃溃疡临床观察

Clinical Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer

目的分析西咪替丁联合黄连清胃汤在胃溃疡治疗中的疗效。方法选择2017年1月—2019年12月抚州市东乡区王桥镇中心卫生院收治的60例胃溃疡患者,按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组(30例)应用西咪替丁治疗,观察组(30例)在对照组治疗基础上,给予黄连清胃汤治疗。比较恢复情况、症状变化及疗效。结果观察组4项恢复指标(止血时间、血清胃泌素水平、胃液pH值、住院时间)均优于对照组(P<0.05),中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西咪替丁联合黄连清胃汤治疗胃溃疡,疗效显著,能快速改善患者临床症状,促进恢复。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of cimetidine combined with Huanglian Qingwei decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods Sixty patients with gastric ulcer admitted to Wangqiao Town Central Health Center of Dongxiang District from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to random number table method.The control group(30 cases)was treated with cimetidine,and the observation group(30 cases)was treated with Huanglian Qingwei decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The recovery,symptom change and curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results The four recovery indexes(hemostasis time,serum gastrin level,pH value of gastric juice,and length of hospital stay)in the observation group were all better than the control group(P<0.05),the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cimetidine combined with Huanglian Qingwei decoction is effective in the treatment of gastric ulcer,which can quickly improve the clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of patients.
