“一带一路”国际化背景下中医骨伤科学专业学生的竞争力培养研究

Research on the Training of Competitiveness of Students of Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedics in the Context of“The Belt and Road”

为顺应当今世界的发展潮流,我国致力于共建“一带一路”,构建全方位开放新格局,全面推进中医药文化发展。在此背景下,社会对于高等中医药人才的需求日益增加。中医骨伤科学是中医药文化的重要组成部分。然而近年来,中医骨伤明显出现西化趋势,培养出的人才竞争力较弱,中医骨伤科学的人才培养模式急需改进。现就中医骨伤科学专业学生的竞争力培养进行探索与研究,以期提高学生的各项能力,使之成长为符合时代特点的竞争型人才。

Today,in order to conform to the trend of the world,China is committed to jointly building“The Belt and Road”,constructing a new pattern of all-round opening up,and comprehensively promoting the development of traditional Chinese medicine culture.In this context,the needs of the society for the higher talents of Chinese medicine are increasing.Traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine culture.However,in recent years,traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics is westernizing,and the talents cultivated are lack of competitiveness.Therefore,the mode of the talent training needs to be improved urgently.Now,we are going to research on the training of competitiveness about students of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics,hoping that we can improve students'abilities to make sure that they can grow into the competitive talents who can keep up with the times.
