膨胀土地基是一种比较特殊的地基,当利用这种土作为建筑物地基时,必须采取必要的处理措施,以消除土的膨胀潜势。本文以某住宅小区项目为例,介绍了建筑物膨胀土地基采用的复合地基和桩基础两种处理方法,并对结果进行了核验分析,验证了处理方法的合理性。此方法可为类似项目提供参考。

Expansive soil foundation is a rather special kind of foundation,and when using this kind of soil as building foundation,necessary treatment measures must be taken to eliminate the expansion potential of the soil.Taking a residential district project as an example,two treatment methods as composite foundation and pile foundation used for expensive soil foundation of buildings are introduced in this paper,and the reasonableness of the treatment methods is verified by verifying the results,which can provide references for similar project.
