盖挖逆作地铁车站钢管柱姿态控制技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,随着我国城市地下空间开发与建设逐渐向环境复杂的中心城区集中,盖挖逆作法地铁车站施工逐渐成为基坑施工的重要方法,而其中钢管柱的施工姿态控制与整体结构的稳定性密切相关。本文依托长沙地铁1号线黄土岭车站工程,通过理论计算分析了钢管柱安装姿态偏差对承载力的不利影响,结合现场条件,提出了一种钢管柱定位器并详细介绍了其构造与安装方法,同时阐述了定位施工中的难点与对策。施工检测表明,定位控制后钢管柱的垂直度满足相关规范的限制值要求。 In recent years,with the development and construction of urban underground space in China gradually concentrating in the central urban area with complex environment,the cover-cut top-down construction in subway station has gradually become an important method of foundation pit construction,and the construction attitude control of steel pipe column is closely related to the stability of the overall structure.Based on Huangtuling Station Project of Changsha Metro Line 1,the adverse effect of installation attitude deviation of the steel pipe column on the bearing capacity is analyzed through theoretical calculation,and a steel pipe column locator is proposed and its structure and installation method are introduced in detail based on the site conditions,while its difficulties and countermeasures in the positioning construction are elaborated.The construction inspection shows that the verticality of the steel pipe column after positioning control meets the requirement of the limit value of the relevant specification.
