胶带机通廊清料设备的开发及应用

Development and application of cleaning equipment for belt conveyor corridor

为了解决胶带机通廊内的清料问题,本文在阐述目前常用清料设备优缺点的基础上,开发出一种适合于胶带机通廊等狭小空间的清料设备。该设备采用人机结合的半自动清扫模式,具备吸料、排料、前进、后退、制动等功能。其结构简单、运行可靠、维护方便。在通廊内试用后,达到了预期的目标,大幅度降低了岗位工人的劳动强度,清理出的落料直接回到胶带机上重复使用,不造成污染和浪费,间接降低了散状原料运输的成本。

In order to solve the clearing problem of belt conveyor corridor,a clearing equipment suitable for the narrow space such as the belt conveyor corridor is developed on the basis of the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used clearing equipment at present.The equipment adopts the semi-automatic cleaning mode of man-machine combination with such functions as suction,discharge,forward,backward and brake.It has simple structure,reliable operation and convenient maintenance.After the trial in the corridor,it has achieved the expected goal,significantly reducing the labor intensity of the post workers,and the material cleaned out is directly returned to the tape conveyor for reuse without causing pollution and waste,indirectly reducing the cost of transporting bulk raw materials.
