摘要
蜱传脑炎病毒(tick-borne encephalitis virus,TBEV)是由蜱传播的侵犯人中枢神经系统的重要黄病毒,是蜱传脑炎的病原体。目前针对TBEV感染尚无特异性抗病毒治疗。抗病毒药物的设计可以靶向病毒复制周期的任何阶段。研发抗TBEV药物主要基于抑制病毒入侵和病毒复制两种策略。本文综述靶向病毒入侵、复制、蛋白表达和增殖的抗TBEV药物研究进展。
Tick-borne encephalitis virus(TBEV)infection is one of the most important flavivirus infections of central nervous system in humans,and accounts for tick-borne encephalitis transmitted by ticks.Currently,no clinically approved antiviral therapy is available for TBEV treatment.Design and development of antiviral drugs have been established by targeting several steps of viral replication process.Strategies in the discovery of anti-TBEV drugs focus on the inhibition of viral entry and replication.This review summarizes the current know-ledge on the development of anti-TBEV drugs by targeting viral entry,replication,protein expression and reproduction.
