心理联合互动宣教式访视对老年白内障患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of interactive psychological education visit on mental state and sleep quality of senile cataract patients

目的探究心理联合互动宣教式访视对老年白内障患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法以枣庄市峄城区人民医院2018年8月至2019年3月收治的90例老年白内障手术患者为对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组45例患者按照常规模式进行术前访视,试验组45例患者在常规访视基础上进行术前心理访视和互动宣教式访视,比较两组患者术前心理状态、心率,血压变化情况以及睡眠质量。结果访视前,两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分、血压、心率和睡眠指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);访视后,试验组患者焦虑、抑郁评分、睡眠指数和入手术室后血压心率值均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论术前心理访视联合互动宣教式访视可有效改善老年白内障手术患者术前心理状态,减轻其术前应激反应,提高患者术前睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the effects of joint psychological interactive educational visit on mental state and sleep quality of senile cataract patients.Methods A total of 90 elderly cataract patients admitted to this hospital from August 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.Two groups were divided by random number table method.In the control group,45 patients received preoperative visits according to routine mode.In the experimental group,45 patients received preoperative psychological visit and interactive educational visit on the basis of routine visit.Preoperative psychological state,heart rate,blood pressure and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results Before the visit,there were no significant differences in anxiety,depression scores,blood pressure,heart.rate and sleep index between 2 groups(P>0.05).After the visit,anxiety,depression scores,sleep index,blood pressure and heart rate of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Preoperative psychological visit combined with interactive educational visit can effectively improve preoperative psychological state,reduce preoperative stress response and improve preoperative sleep quality of elderly cataract surgery patients.
