摘要
以某25 MN立卧电极挤压机为例,介绍炭素电极挤压机加热方式及挤压机嘴子的类型,分析嘴子的加热方式及工艺特点,确定炭素电极挤压机嘴子的加热方式;通过理论计算,得出导热油的加热参数,确定压头设计参数,对分体式结构嘴子导热油加热过程进行有限元分析,验证嘴子参数的合理性。
The paper takes a 25 MN vertical and horizontal electrode extruder as an example to introduce the heating method of carbon electrode extruders and the type of heating mouths.Based on the analysis about the heating process and characteristics of heating mouths,the heating method of the mouth for carbon electrode extruders is determined.The heating parameters of the heat transfer oil are obtained by theoretical calculation.The design parameters of the press head are determined.The heating process with heat transfer oil of the split heating mouth is analyzed by means of finite element technique to verify the rationality of the mouth parameters.
