Collaboration and Integration:Exploration of“Comprehensive Political Education”Mode in Colleges and Universities

“大思政”教育模式是高校推进大学生思想政治教育改革的重要举措,具有主体依赖、时空依赖、内容依赖与载体依赖的表征,以及“以人为本”“三全育人”“知行合一”的理念诉求,其核心要旨在于思想政治教育资源的协同与整合。因此,高校构建“大思政”教育模式需要坚持党对高校思想政治工作的全面领导,发挥高校党委的责任规制与有效监督作用,依赖于高校职能部门的全面配合、教师与学生队伍的积极行动和资源整合机制的积极构建,以实现组织资源、教师资源、管理资源与教学资源的有机融合。

The“comprehensive political education”mode is an important measure for colleges and universities to promote the reform of ideological and political education of college students.It has the characteristics of subject dependence,time and space dependence,content dependence and carrier dependence,as well as the idea appeal of“people-oriented”“three holistic education”“integration of knowledge and action”.The core idea is to aim at the coordination and integration of ideological and political education resources.Therefore,the construction of“comprehensive political education”mode in colleges and universities needs to uphold the Party’s overall leadership of college ideological and political work,and play a role in the regulation and effective supervision of the university Party Committee’s responsibility,relying on the comprehensive cooperation of university functional departments and activeness of teachers and students.At the same time,we must actively build a resource integration mechanism to achieve the organic integration of organizational resources,teacher resources,management resources and teaching resources.
