火龙果枝条角质改善壳聚糖膜性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用碱法从火龙果枝条中提取的角质,添加于壳聚糖液中,通过流延法制作角质-壳聚糖复合膜,通过考察膜的微观形貌、特征基团、结晶性、厚度、透光性、透油性、水蒸气透过系数、吸湿性、机械性能和抗菌性来评价角质添加对壳聚糖膜物理、力学及抑菌性能的影响.结果表明,角质分子填充到壳聚糖中,影响了膜的微观结构,阻碍了壳聚糖的重排结晶,削弱了结晶峰,增强了膜的空间网络结构,提高了膜的致密性,复合膜透光率、透油性、水蒸气透过系数降低,吸湿率增大,抗拉强度和断裂伸长率增大,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抑制作用增强. The cutin was extracted from pitaya branches by alkali method and added into chitosan solution.The cutin chitosan composite membrane was prepared by tape casting method.The effects of cutin addition on the physical,mechanical and antibacterial properties of chitosan membrane were evaluated by investigating the micro morphology,characteristic groups,crystallinity,thickness,light transmittance,oil permeability,water vapor transmission coefficient,moisture absorption,mechanical properties and antibacterial properties of themembrane.The results showed that the cutin molecules filled into chitosan affected the microstructure of the membrane,hindered the rearrangement crystallization of chitosan,weakened the crystallization peak,enhanced the spatial network structure of the membrane,improved the compactness of the membrane,the light transmittance,oil permeability and water vapor transmission coefficient of the composite membrane decreased,the moisture absorption,tensile strength and elongation increased at break,and the inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans was enhanced.
