贵州省水稻耕种区主栽品种镉积累特征分析及低镉积累品种的筛选 被引量:6

摘要 稻田镉污染造成的水稻籽粒镉积累超标严重影响稻米食品安全。本试验以贵州省水稻耕种区的87个主栽品种为研究对象,通过对这些品种在镉污染稻田中的镉积累特征进行分析,并联合4个已知的低镉连锁位点进行基因型鉴定,分析供试品种的稻米镉积累特征并筛选稻米镉的低积累品种。最终筛选出含有镉低积累主效基因qCd7.1位点的9个水稻品种,如大粒香、D优35和成优33,其籽粒中的镉含量显著低于不含任何低镉位点基因的品种。本试验通过分子辅助手段结合表型鉴定进行低镉品种的筛选,为稻田镉污染的水稻耕种区提供了可行的选种建议。 Cadmium accumulation in rice grains caused by cadmium pollution in paddy fields seriously affects rice food safety. In this study, 87 main varieties collected in the rice cultivation area of Guizhou province were selected as the research object to investigate the cadmium accumulation characteristics of these rice varieties in the cadmium-contaminated paddy fields, and genotype identification was conducted by analyzing four known low cadmium linkage loci. And, the cadmium accumulation characteristics of experimental cultivars were further analyzed and the varieties with low cadmium accumulation were screened. Finally, nine rice varieties containing qCd7.1 locus of low cadmium accumulation-related major gene were screened, such as Dalixiang, D you 35 and Chengyou 33, etc. And, the cadmium content in their grains was significantly lower than that in the varieties without any low cadmium loci. To sum up, we screened low cadmium varieties by molecular marker-assisted breeding combined with phenotypic identification, which provided feasible seed selection suggestions for cadmium-contaminated rice cultivation areas.
