玉兰品种花色表型数量分类研究

Study on Quantitative Classification of Flower Color Phenotypes of Yulania Varieties

花色是玉兰属植物分类的重要依据,为了更加科学地界定玉兰花色,采用分光测色仪对64个玉兰品种进行数量分类研究。通过聚类分析,结合ISCC-NBS色彩名称表示法,将花色分为6个色系(白色系、黄色系、黄绿色系、粉色系、红色系、紫色系),整理出不同色系表型参数分布范围,能够实现对玉兰花色的定量描述,为品种分类和鉴定提供参考。

Flower color is an important basis for the classification of Yulania plants. To define the flower color of Yulania plants more scientifically, 64 varieties of Yulania were quantitatively classified by spectrophotometer. Based on cluster analysis combined with ISCC-NBS Color Name Representation method, the flower color of Yulania plants was divided into 6 color systems, namely white, yellow, yellow-green, pink, red and purple. To arrange the distribution range of phenotypic parameters of different flower color could realize to describe quantitatively flower color of Yulania plants, and provide reference for variety classification and identification.
