猪蓝耳病毒与圆环病毒Ⅱ型混合感染的诊治

湖南某猪场发生了一起以仔猪消瘦并大量死亡为特征的传染病,为查明病因,对4头发病仔猪进行检测。根据荧光定量PCR检测结果,结合临床症状和病理剖检变化,以及细菌分离培养结果,确诊该猪场发病原因为猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒与猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型混合感染。

An infectious disease characterized by weight loss of piglets and a large number of deaths occurred in a piggery in Hunan.In order to find out the etiological factor,four sick piglets were sent to our laboratory for detecting.According to the results of QPCR,combined with clinical symptoms and pathological changes,as well as the results of the isolation and cultivation of bacterial,it was confirmed that the etiological factor of the piggery was the mixed infection of Porcine circovirus type Ⅱ and bacteria with porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus.
