秦皮素的生物活性及药物作用机制研究进展

秦皮素是一种天然的简单香豆素类化合物,是传统中药秦皮的主要成分之一,近年来大量研究证实其具有多种生物活性及药理作用,如抗癌、抗炎、抗菌、防治骨质疏松及神经保护等。本文对秦皮素的生物活性及药物作用机制的国内外研究进展进行归纳总结,以期为秦皮素的进一步研究和开发利用提供依据。

Fraxetin is a natural simple coumarin compound,which is one of the main components of traditional Chinese medicine Cortex Fraxini.A large number of studies have reported that fraxetin has a variety of biological activities and pharmacological effects,such as anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and neuroprotection.This article summarizes the research progress in our country and abroad about the biological activities and drug action mechanism of fraxetin,in order to provide a basis for its further research,development and utilization.
