摘要
如何提高透水路面的抗堵塞能力是行业界关注的重点问题。文中提出在工程材料中添加憎水剂,提高其抗堵塞性能。通过测量憎水型工程材料表面的水滴润湿边角,以论证其表面排水性的强弱,通过借助砂浆试块进行试验,对复合砂浆的表面润湿边角、吸水率和强度等进行测定,综合分析憎水剂对工程材料强度和排水性能的影响规律。结果表明,内掺型憎水剂Seal-80组有较优的表面排水性能,同时兼顾可以提高工程材料的抗压强度,为推荐的憎水剂添加剂。
How to improve the anti blocking ability of permeable pavement is a key issue concerned by the industry.In order to enhance the anti blocking performance,it is proposed to add hydrophobic agent to engineering materials to improve its anti blocking performance.In this study,the surface drainage of hydrophobic engineering materials is demonstrated by measuring the water droplet wetting edge angle on the surface.The mortar test block is used to carry out the test,and the surface wetting edge angle,water absorption and strength of the composite mortar test specimens are measured,and the influence law of hydrophobic agent on the strength and drainage performance of engineering materials is comprehensively analyzed.The test results show that the seal-80 group with internal hydrophobic agent has better surface drainage performance and can improve the compressive strength of engineering materials,therefore it is recommended as a hydrophobic agent additive.
