环氧防火涂料对钢壳混凝土结构隧道的防火研究 被引量:1

摘要 钢壳混凝土结构隧道作为一种新型结构隧道,其火灾危害比普通隧道更加严重,为验证钢壳混凝土隧道防火保护措施的有效性,提出一种钢壳混凝土结构隧道防火保护措施耐火试验方案。通过制作3组局部1∶1结构试验构件,对构件表面涂覆环氧型钢结构防火涂料,采用RABT和CH曲线升温分别对3组试件进行耐火试验。试验表明,该方案可对钢壳混凝土结构隧道防火保护措施的安全有效性进行验证,RABT和CH升温曲线耐火2 h条件下,一定厚度的环氧防火涂料能对不同结构的钢壳混凝土隧道结构起到很好的防火保护作用。 As a new type of structural tunnel,the fire hazard of steel shell concrete structure tunnel is more serious than that of ordinary tunnel,and the fire protection measures used must be safe and effective.There are few reports on the verification of fire protection measures for such tunnels at home and abroad.In order to verify the effectiveness of fire protection measures for steel shell concrete tunnels,a fire test plan for fire protection measures for steel shell concrete tunnels was proposed.Three groups of local 1∶1 structural test components were made,and the surface of the components were coated with epoxy steel structure fireproof coating.The RABT and CH heating curves were used to carry out fire resistance tests on three groups of specimens.The test shows that the fire test program can verify the safety and effectiveness of the fire protection measures for steel shell concrete tunnels.Under the condition of 2 hours fire resistance of RABT and CH heating curve,a certain thickness of epoxy fire retardant coating can provide good fire protection for steel shell concrete tunnel structures of different structures.
