摘要
以郑州某综合管廊为例,对热力舱(供热介质为热水)设计要点及需要注意的问题进行分析。入廊供热管道设计与管廊结构本体设计宜同步进行。充分论证管廊断面形式,尤其是敷设大管径供热管道的热力舱,应采取合理的布置方式。固定支架及其预埋件在施工过程中同步实施。大管径供热管道宜采用自然补偿与补偿器补偿结合的方式,尽量减少补偿器的设置。热力舱节点设计应充分考虑并预留足够的管道补偿空间,方便管道接入及引出。管道阀门及补偿器等组成件位置应留够操作、检修空间。
Taking a utility tunnel in Zhengzhou as an example,the design essentials of heating compartment(heating medium is hot water)and the problems to be noted are analyzed.The design of the heating pipeline into the utility tunnel and the design of the structural body of the utility tunnel should be carried out simultaneously.It is fully demonstrated that the cross-section form of the utility tunnel,especially the heating compartment with large-diameter heating pipelines,should be arranged in a reasonable manner.The fixed bracket and its embedded parts are implemented simultaneously during the construction process.Large-diameter heating pipelines should adopt a combination of natural compensation and compensator compensation to minimize the installation of compensators.The node design of the heating compartment should fully consider and reserve enough pipeline compensation space to facilitate pipeline access and lead-out.The location of components such as pipeline valves and compensators should leave enough space for operation and maintenance.
