摘要
图书馆焦虑是切实存在于读者尤其是新入馆读者中的一种暂时性情绪,可能会对读者利用图书馆的资源与服务产生消极影响。论文从社会层面和个人层面分析了产生图书馆焦虑的原因,解析了美育在缓解图书馆焦虑中发挥的作用,包括促进文化自信,防止高校教育内卷化及促进人格的健全发展,并结合上述分析提出了图书馆缓解读者焦虑的七项措施及建议,为高校图书馆优化空间建设、提升服务质量等提供参考。
Library anxiety is a temporary emotion that exists in readers,especially new readers.It may have a negative effect on readers’utilization of library resources and services.This article analyzes the causes of library anxiety from two aspects:social and personal,and summarizes the role of aesthetic education in alleviating library anxiety,including promoting cultural confidence,preventing involution of tertiary education and promoting the development of personality.Combined with above analysis,this article puts forward seven suggestions on specific measures to relieve readers’library anxiety,so as to provide reference for university libraries to optimize space construction and improve service quality.
