重油催化裂化装置的长周期运行探究

中油国际(哈萨克斯坦)奇姆肯特炼油公司(简称“PKOP炼厂”)200×10^(4)t/a重油催化裂化装置自2018年8月投入运行以来首次实现“三年一修”长周期运行成绩,在哈国内重油催化裂化领域内处于较好水平。文中分析了影响PKOP炼厂200×10^(4)t/a重油催化裂化装置首次运行3 a长周期的主要因素,并从工艺管理、生产操作等方面探讨了实现装置长周期运行的措施,为装置的后续长周期运行提供经验。

Catalytic cracking unit(FCC)is a crucial secondary processing unit in the refining industry.The 200×10^(4)t/a heavy oil FCC unit of CNODC(Kazakhstan)Chimkent Refinery(PKOP Refinery)had achieved the long-term operation of"one overhaul for three years"for the first time since it was put into operation in August 2018 which kept at a good level in the FCC field in Kazakh⁃stan.This paper analyzed the main factors affecting the 3-year long operation of the 200×10^(4)t/a heavy oil FCC unit in PKOP Refin⁃ery,and discussed the measures to realize the long-term operation of the unit from the aspects of process management and produc⁃tion operation,which provided valuable experience for the long-term operation of the unit.
