摘要
某公司180×10^(4)t/a连续重整装置预加氢压缩机选用DW-30.6(/20-28)-X型往复式压缩机,压缩机缸体与活塞杆间密封采用填料密封,填料密封是压缩机的重要部件,密封一旦发生泄漏就会使含有高浓度H_(2)S的氢气介质外泄,危及安全生产。预加氢压缩机在运行过程中出现填料环、活塞杆快速磨损导致的密封泄漏,通过改进密封结构和材质、活塞杆表面处理、加强密封冷却、加强工艺介质过滤和脱液等方法将压缩机密封运行寿命由1 a提高至2 a以上,提高了压缩机的可靠性。
Dw-30.6/(20-28)-X type reciprocating compressor was used for pre-hydrogenation compressor of a 180×10^(4)t/a continuous reforming unit of a company.Packing seal,an important part of the compressor,was used for sealing between the compressor cylinder and piston rod.Once the sealing leaked,the hydrogen containing high concentration H_(2)S would exhaust to endanger the safety operation.The rapid wear of packing ring and piston rod of pre-hydrogenation compressor appeared to cause seal leakage during operation.It took the methods of improving the seal structure and material,the surface treatment of piston rod,strengthening seal cooling and process methods such as liquid medium filtering,to improve the operating life of the compressor seal from 1year to 2 year more,and improve the reliability of the compressor.
