摘要
根据低压瓦斯回收装置内的压缩机内出现了频繁堵塞的现象,对堵塞物样品采用红外、离子色谱、热重分析等方法进行性质分析和组成检测,结果显示堵塞物主要由无机盐结晶、轻质油品、胶质和沥青质及水溶性物质组成,1号火炬压缩机出口样品中有大量含Cu物质,并含有Fe元素和贵金属元素Pd,2^(#)和3^(#)样品组成相似,均来自于5号火炬压缩机,含有贵金属元素Pt和Pd。分析发现,堵塞物发生主要是由于上游装置内非正常操作引起。为了缓解该问题,需综合考虑堵塞结垢和工艺防腐控制,提高工艺操作水平,搞好源头的预防。
According to the phenomenon of the frequent blockage in compressor of the low pressure gas recovery unit,it conducted the property analysis and composition testing on the blockage samples by means of infrared,ion chromatography,thermo gravimetric analysis.The results showed the blockages were mainly composed of inorganic salt crystallization,light oil,colloid and asphaltene and water-soluble substance composition.The sample 1^(#)of flare compressor outlets contained a large number of materials with Cu,similar as samples 2^(#)and 3^(#)both from no.5 flare compressor,which contained precious metals Pt and Pd.It was found that the block⁃age was mainly caused by abnormal operation in upstream unit.In order to alleviate this problem,it was necessary to comprehensive⁃ly consider the blockage and anti-corrosion control of the process,improve the process operation level,and prevent the source well.
