Failure analysis and countermeasures of program control ball valve of S Zorb lock hopper

通过对S Zorb装置闭锁料斗程控球阀运行工况和故障情况的分析,得出阀体本身磨损是造成故障的主要原因,也是影响阀门使用寿命的主要因素。为了减少球阀故障率,延长使用周期,提出采用预知维修的理念,对闭锁料斗程控球阀进行管理,从建立台账进行全生命周期管理、把控验收和初装质量、实时监测运行状态和利用数据分析把握规律4个方面给出了具体的对策和建议。

Based on the analysis of the operation condition and failure cause of the program controlled ball valve of the lock hopper of S Zorb unit,it was concluded that the wear of valve body itself was the main failure cause and also the main factor affecting the service life of the valve.In order to reduce the failure rate of ball valve and prolong the life cycle,this paper proposed the concept of predictive maintenance to manage the lock hopper program-controlled ball valve,and gave the specific countermeasures and the suggestions from establishing the parameter for the whole life cycle management,controlling the acceptance and the quality of initial assembly,real-time monitoring of operation status and using data and rules analysis.
