摘要
金属有机框架(MOFs)作为一种含有空穴的多孔材料,以其固有的多孔性、独特的化学通用性和丰富的功能,在膜分离等多种工业应用中受到广泛关注。系统阐述了MOFs复合膜的制备方法,包括原位合成、液相外延、界面聚合及共混等。介绍了MOFs复合膜在液体分离领域的应用,分析了MOFs复合膜的优势及存在的问题,认为MOFs多孔材料的引入可以提高膜的渗透性与分离效率,为进一步提高MOFs复合膜的性能提供了理论依据和建议。
As a porous material with holes,metal organic framework(MOFs)has been widely used in membrane separation and other industrial applications due to its inherent porosity,unique chemical versatility and rich functions.The preparation methods of MOFs composite membranes including in situ synthesis,liquid phase epitaxy,interfacial polymerization and blending were systematically described.The application of MOFs composite membrane in liquid separation is introduced.The advantages and problems of MOFs composite membrane were analyzed.It is suggested that the introduction of MOFs porous material can improve membrane permeability and separation efficiency.It provides theoretical basis and suggestions for further improving the performance of MOFs composite membrane.
