摘要
为提高厌氧废弃物(TW)的利用效率,在中温条件下序批式厌氧反应器内,采用过氧化钙(CaO_(2))预处理强化TW和污泥厌氧消化。结果表明,CaO_(2)投加能强化TW和污泥共消化产沼气,且当CaO_(2)的质量分数为0.1 g/g时,沼气产量达到最大258 mL/g,且CaO_(2)强化了甲烷在沼气内的含量。CaO_(2)提高了TW和污泥厌氧消化过程中溶解性有机物(SCOD),且当CaO_(2)的质量分数为0.3 g/g时,SCOD为931 mg/L,显著高于其他组别。适当提高CaO_(2)利于共消化系统内挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)的积累,进而为产甲烷阶段提供充足的物质;但过高含量CaO_(2)抑制了VFA的积累。CaO_(2)主要促进了VFA内乙酸的含量。过高CaO_(2)含量降低了发酵液内氨氮及磷酸盐含量。
To improve the utilization efficiency of anaerobic waste(TW),calcium peroxide(CaO_(2))pretreatment was used to enhance the anaerobic digestion of TW and sludge in a sequencing batch anaerobic reactor at medium temperature.The results showed that the enhanced the co-digestion of TW and sludge to produce biogas by addition of CaO_(2).When the mass fraction of CaO_(2)was 0.1 g/g,the biogas production reached the maximum of 258 mL/g,and CaO_(2)further enhanced the content of methane in the biogas.The CaO_(2)increased the soluble organic matter in TW and sludge anaerobic digestion process,and when mass fraction CaO_(2)was 0.3 g/g,the SCOD has a higher was 931 mg/L compared with other groups.An appropriate increase of CaO_(2)was beneficial to the accumulation of volatile fatty acids(VFA)in the co-digestion system,which provided sufficient material for the methanogenesis stage.However,the accumulation of VFA was inhibited by a high content of CaO_(2).The CaO_(2)mainly promoted the content of acetic acid in the VFA.The content of ammonia nitrogen and phosphate in the fermentation broth was decreased by a high content of CaO_(2).
