某钢铁厂总排废水深度处理工艺探讨 被引量:1

摘要 从工艺技术原理、工艺性能效果、工程投资与直接运行费用、经济效益等多方面,综合分析超滤反渗透法和电吸附法在钢铁厂总排废水深度处理回用工程上的适用性。运行效果显示,超滤反渗透法处理出水总硬度、电导率和Cl等主要污染物去除率均可达到95%以上,除盐率更高;电吸附法处理出水总硬度去除率39.2%、电导率降低率70.4%和Cl去除率均82.2%,除盐率较低。两者均可满足钢铁厂总排废水深度处理脱盐要求;超滤反渗透法更适用于回用水水质要求较高、废水水质变化较小、集中化程度高、管理操作技术水平高的工程项目;而电吸附法适用于回用水水质要求不高、无高水质回用要求、废水水质变化较大、环保减排压力大且需分步实施的工程项目。 The article comprehensively analyzed the applicability of ultrafiltration reverse osmosis and electro-adsorption methods in the advanced treatment and reuse project of the total discharge of steel plant,from the aspects of process technology principles,process performance effects,project investment,and direct operating costs,economic benefits,etc.The result showed that the removal rates of total hardness,conductivity,and Cl-were more than 95%with the ultrafiltration reverse osmosis method;and the ultrafiltration reverse osmosis method has a higher salt removal rate.The electro-adsorption method showed that the removal rates of total hardness,conductivity,and Cl-were more than 39.2%,70.4%,and 82.2%respectively;and the electro-adsorption method has a low salt removal rate.Both could meet the desalination requirements for the advanced treatment of the total discharge of steel plants.The ultrafiltration reverse osmosis method was more suitable for engineering projects with high requirements for recycled water quality,small changes in wastewater water quality,a high degree of centralization,and a high level of management and operation technology.The electro-adsorption method applied to engineering projects has low requirements for reused water quality,no requirements for high reused water quality,large changes in wastewater water quality,high pressure on environmental protection and emission reduction,and needs to be implemented in steps.
