粤港澳大湾区背景下广东高职教育“强服务”的关键问题及优化策略研究

A Study of Key Problems and Optimized Strategies for Strengthening Social Service of Guangdong Vocational Education in the Background of Developing the Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area

为满足粤港澳大湾区发展对技术技能人才和科技服务的需求,广东省的高职院校“强服务”的表现之一是实现科技成果转化,助力企业和地区实现技术创新。然而,经过对相关数据的分析,广东省高职院校的创新和科技成果转化的能力存在地区分布不均、校际差距比较大等问题。为了进一步推动高职院校能够在创新和科技成果转化方面支持粤港澳大湾区的发展,政府、学校、行业企业等方面都需要在推动科技资源优化配置上努力,并利用各自优势形成合力,推动区域的技术创新能力。

In order to meet the needs of highly skilled talents and scientific service for the Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area,one aspect of the social services of Vocational Colleges is the transformation of scientifi c and technological achievements,helping enterprises and regions to realize technology innovation.However,through the analysis of relevant data,we found that different vocational schools have uneven and unbalanced performances in ability to innovate and transform scientifi c and technological achievements.In order to to improve their performances,the three parties,including the government,the vocational schools and the local enterprises,need to make efforts to promote the optimal allocation of scientifi c and technological resources,and use their respective advantages to form a joint force to advance regional technological innovation.
