河南地区成人下颌神经管分支的锥形束计算机断层扫描研究

摘要 目的通过锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)对河南地区成人的下颌神经管分支进行观察分析,为口腔临床工作提供更多的影像学依据。方法根据纳入排除标准采集171例成人患者的CBCT资料,观察双侧下颌神经管的走行,统计不同类型分支的发生率,对比不同性别及侧别分支发生率的差异。结果171例(342侧)患者中有67例(39.18%)112侧(32.74%)可观察到下颌神经管分支,其中Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型、Ⅴ型的发生率分别为13.45%、3.51%、10.23%、3.22%、2.34%。成年男性中下颌神经管分支的发生率为37.84%,成年女性中下颌神经管分支的发生率为40.21%;左右侧各有56侧(32.75%)可观察到下颌神经管分支。下颌神经管分支的发生率在性别和侧别方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CBCT能够清晰显示下颌神经管及其分支的走行,涉及下颌后牙区的手术时不应忽略下颌神经管分支的存在,同时无需特别考虑性别及侧别对其发生的影响。 Objective To observe and analyze the mandibular canal branches of adults in Henan province by cone-beam computerized tomography(CBCT),so as to provide more imaging evidence for oral clinical work.Methods CBCT data of 171 adult patients were collected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The running of bilateral mandibular canal was observed,and the incidence of different types of branches was counted,and the differences in the incidence of different genders and lateral branches were compared.Results Among 171 patients(342 sides),67 patients(39.18%)and 112 sides(32.74%)could observe the mandibular canal branches,and the incidence of typeⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤwere 13.45%,3.51%,10.23%,3.22%and 2.34%,respectively.The incidence of mandibular neural canal branch was 37.84%in males and 40.21%in females.There were 56(32.75%)mandibular neural canal branches in each side.There were no differences in the incidence of mandibular canal branches in gender and side(P>0.05).Conclusion CBCT can clearly display the movement of mandibular canal and its branches.The existence of mandibular canal branches should not be ignored in operations involving mandibular posterior teeth.At the same time,there is no need to consider the influence of gender and gender on its occurrence.
