结直肠癌患者腹腔镜术后灵性健康状况的多因素分析

Multivariate Analysis of Spiritual Health Status in Patients with Colorectal Cancer After Laparoscopic Surgery

目的探讨结直肠癌患者腹腔镜术后灵性健康状况的多因素。方法选取2018年7月至2020年7月在鹿邑县人民医院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的86例结直肠癌患者,术后待患者生命体征稳定,应用中文版慢性疾病治疗功能评估-灵性量表(FACIT-Sp-12)评估患者灵性健康状况,并统计患者一般资料,对比不同特征患者的FACIT-Sp-12评分情况,分析影响结直肠癌患者腹腔镜术后灵性健康状况的因素。结果86例结直肠癌患者术后FACIT-Sp-12评分为(28.01±5.64)分;不同受教育程度、家庭功能、应对方式的结直肠癌患者FACIT-Sp-12评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多元线性回归分析结果显示,受教育程度低、家庭功能严重障碍、应对方式为消极应对是导致结直肠癌患者腹腔镜术后灵性健康水平低的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者腹腔镜术后灵性健康状况受患者受教育程度、家庭功能、应对方式的影响。

Objective To explore the multiple factors of spiritual health status in patients with colorectal cancer after laparoscopic surgery.Methods Eighty-six patients with colorectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Luyi County People’s Hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected.After operation,when the patient’s vital signs were stable,the Chinese version of functional assessment of chronic illness therapy-spiritual(FACIT-Sp-12)was used to evaluate the spiritual health status of patients,and the general data of patients were counted.The FACIT-Sp-12 scores of patients with different characteristics were compared,and the influencing factors of the spiritual health status of patients with colorectal cancer after laparoscopic surgery were analyzed.Results The postoperative FACIT-Sp-12 score of 86 patients with colorectal cancer was(28.01±5.64).There were statistical difference on FACIT-Sp-12 score among colorectal cancer patients with different educational level,family function and coping style(P<0.05).Through multiple linear regression analysis,the results showed that,low educational level,serious family dysfunction and negative coping style were the influencing factors of low spiritual health level in patients with colorectal cancer after laparoscopic surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The spiritual health status of patients with colorectal cancer after laparoscopic surgery is affected by their educational level,family function and coping style.
