FTS理念联合CNP模式在年轻乳腺癌患者改良根治术围手术期的应用

Application of FTS Concept Combined with CNP Model in the Perioperative Period of Modified Radical Mastectomy for Young Breast Cancer Patients

目的分析快速康复外科(FTS)理念联合临床护理路径(CNP)模式在年轻乳腺癌患者改良根治术围手术期的应用效果。方法选取新乡市第二人民医院2019年10月至2021年6月收治的98例年轻乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,均接受改良乳腺癌根治术治疗,依据随机抽签法分成研究组与对照组,各49例。对照组围手术期接受常规护理,研究组围手术期接受FTS理念联合CNP模式护理,统计对比两组康复情况(住院、进食及下床活动时间)、护理满意度以及术后1、5 d疼痛度[视觉模拟量表(VAS)]。结果研究组下床活动、进食及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);术后1、5 d研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度(95.92%)高于对照组(77.55%)(P<0.05)。结论FTS理念联合CNP模式应用于年轻乳腺癌患者改良根治术围手术期,可缩短康复进程,减轻术后疼痛,并提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of the fast track surgery(FTS)concept combined with the clinical nursing pathway(CNP)model in the perioperative period of modified radical mastectomy for young breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 98 young breast cancer patients admitted to Xinxiang second people’s Hospital from October 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.All of them underwent modified radical mastectomy and were divided into study and control groups according to random lottery,with 49 cases in each case.The control group received routine care during the perioperative period,and the study group received FTS concept combined with CNP mode care during the perioperative period.The two groups were compared with rehabilitation indicators(hospitalization time,eating time,time to get out of bed),nursing satisfaction,and 1,5 day after operation pain degree[visual analog scale(VAS)].Results The study group’s time to get out of bed,eating time,and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group was lower than those of the control group at the 1,5 day after the operation(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the study group(95.92%)was higher than that of the control group(77.55%)(P<0.05).Conclusion FTS concept combined with CNP model applied to the perioperative period of modified radical mastectomy for young breast cancer patients can shorten the rehabilitation process,reduce postoperative pain,and improve nursing satisfaction.
