综合保温护理在甲状腺肿瘤全麻手术患者中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Heat Preservation Nursing in Patients with Thyroid Tumor After General Anesthesia Surgery

目的探讨综合保温护理在甲状腺肿瘤全麻手术患者中的应用效果。方法采取回顾性研究,收集2018年1月至2019年1月在郑州人民医院接受常规护理的96例甲状腺肿瘤全麻手术患者的临床资料,将其纳入对照组,收集2019年2月至2020年2月接受综合保温护理的96例甲状腺肿瘤全麻手术患者的临床资料,将其纳入观察组。分析两组患者应激反应、低体温情况及寒战分级。结果术后12 h,两组肾上腺素(AD)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均高于术前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组低体温发生率(1.04%)比对照组(8.33%)低(P<0.05);观察组寒战分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合保温护理能够降低甲状腺肿瘤全麻手术患者应激反应,减少低体温与寒战发生情况。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive heat preservation nursing in patients with thyroid tumor after general anesthesia surgery.Methods A retrospective study was conducted,the clinical data of 96 patients with thyroid tumor after general anesthesia surgery who received routine nursing in Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were collected and included in the control group,another clinical data of 96 patients with thyroid tumor after general anesthesia surgery who received comprehensive heat preservation nursing from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and included in the observation group.The stress reaction,hypothermia and shivering grade of patients in the two groups were analyzed.Results The levels of epinephrine(AD),norepinephrine(NE)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in both groups 12 hours after operation were higher than those before operation,and the observation group was better in comparison with the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of hypothermia in the observation group(1.04%)was lower than that in the control group(8.33%)(P<0.05).The shivering grade of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive heat preservation nursing can reduce the stress reaction of patients with thyroid tumor after general anesthesia surgery,and reduce the occurrence of hypothermia and shivering.
