基于FTS理念的护理干预在高龄初产妇剖宫产术后的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Intervention Based on FTS Concept on Elderly Primipara After Cesarean Section

目的研究基于快速康复外科(FTS)理念的护理干预策略在高龄初产妇剖宫产术后的应用效果。方法选取新县人民医院2018年1月至2021年2月拟行剖宫产的85例高龄初产妇患者,依照入院时间分为观察组(43例)和对照组(42例)。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受基于FTS理念的护理干预策略。比较两组术后恢复情况、护理满意度、母乳喂养率、干预前后母乳喂养自我效能量表(BSES)评分情况。结果观察组术后排气时间、血性恶露排尽时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1 d、出院时技能、内心活动维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组母乳喂养率(95.35%)高于对照组(76.19%),护理满意度(93.02%)高于对照组(76.19%)(P<0.05)。结论基于FTS理念的护理干预策略可促进高龄初产妇剖宫产术后恢复,提高母乳喂养自我效能、母乳喂养率和护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention strategies under the concept of fast track surgery(FTS)on the elderly primipara after cesarean section.Methods A total of 85 elderly primiparas undergoing cesarean section in Xinxian people’s Hospital from January 2018 to February 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(43 cases)and control group(42 cases)according to the time of admission.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nursing intervention strategy based on the concept of FTS.The postoperative recovery,nursing satisfaction,breastfeeding rate and breastfeeding self-efficacy scale(BSES)score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Postoperative exhaust time,bloody lochia drainage time,getting out of bed and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of skill and inner activity dimension at 1 day after operation and at discharge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The breastfeeding rate of the observation group(95.35%)was higher than that of the control group(76.19%),and the nursing satisfaction rate(93.02%)was higher than that of the control group(76.19%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention strategies under the FTS concept can promote the recovery of elderly primipara after cesarean section,improve breastfeeding self-efficacy and breastfeeding rate,and have high nursing satisfaction.
