Investigation and Analysis of Clinical Nutrition Medical Service and Quality Safety in Medical Institutions in China

摘要 目的了解我国医疗机构临床营养专业医疗服务和质量安全现状,为未来工作开展提供借鉴。方法采用描述性统计分析方法,对6985家二级及以上医疗机构临床营养数据展开分析。结果6985家医疗机构营养科设置比例为23.75%,营养医床比为1:532,营养风险筛查率为18.97%,肠外营养、肠内营养、基本膳食治疗占比分别为3.14%、6.73%、29.24%。结论我国临床营养专业已快速发展,但在诊疗科目设置、专科营养医师队伍建设、营养诊疗能力等方面仍存在缺陷,需要行政部门、医疗机构、专业人员高度重视,共同推动发展。 Objective To investigate the current situation of clinical nutrition medical services and quality safety in medical institutions in China,and provide reference for future development.Methods Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze clinical nutrition data from 6,985 secondary and higher medical institutions.Results In 6,985 medical institutions,23.75%has the Nutrition Department,the ratio of nutrition doctors to beds was 1:532,the rate of nutritional risk screening was 18.97%,and the proportions of parenteral nutrition,enteral nutrition and dietary nutrition treatment were 3.14%,6.73%and 29.24%,respectively.Conclusion The clinical nutrition field in China has developed rapidly,but there are still some problems in the setting of diagnosis and treatment subjects,the construction of specialized nutrition doctors,nutrition diagnosis and treatment ability,etc.,which need the administrative departments,medical institutions and professionals to attach great importance to and promote the development together.
