上海市级医院不良事件管理现况及策略

Status and Strategies of Adverse Events Management in Shanghai Municipal Hospitals

通过问卷方式调研上海市级医院不良事件管理现况,梳理存在问题,并结合不良事件管理相关政策要求,制定符合上海市级医院实际的不良事件管理策略。通过统一定义,制定分类分级标准,建立监控平台,开展广泛宣教与培训,推进不良事件管理的规范化与同质化统筹发展。

The status quo of adverse events management in Shanghai municipal hospitals was investigated by questionnaire survey,problems were sorted out,and adverse events management strategies were formulated in accordance with the requirements of adverse event management policies in Shanghai municipal hospitals.By unifying the definition,classification and grading standards,establishing a monitoring platform,carrying out extensive publicity,education and training,and promoting the standardized and homogeneous overall development of adverse event management.
