摘要
实施现代学徒制是深化产教融合、校企合作,创新高职教育人才培养模式的重要途径。近年来,江苏省以多种形式积极推进现代学徒制试点工作,不断加大经费投入和培养规模,强化“双导师”师资队伍建设,与企业共同培养社会需要的高素质技能人才,逐步形成了学校主导型和企业主导型两种现代学徒制育人模式,在构建职业教育集群式发展平台、企业引领创新改革、校企合作模式创新、专业技能实训等方面积累了诸多经验和优秀案例。
The implementation of modern apprenticeship system is an important way to deepen the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,as well as innovating the talent training mode of higher vocational education.In recent years,Jiangsu Province has been actively promoting the pilot modern apprenticeship system in various forms:continuously increasing the financial investment and training scale,strengthening the construction of"double-supervisor"faculty,and jointly training the high-quality skilled talents needed by the society with enterprises,thus gradually forming the school-led and enterprise-led modern apprenticeship education models.It has also accumulated lots of experience and excellent cases in creating a cluster development platform for vocational education,innovation and reform led by enterprises,innovation of school-enterprise cooperation model and professional skills training.
