摘要
本文介绍了一种电源车的环境适应性设计,主要针对方舱内部的防雨、防砂尘、通风散热进行了结构设计,并采用流体仿真软件对电站内部布局进行通风散热仿真设计校核。该型汽车电站研制交付客户后,在甘肃及新疆等戈壁、沙漠地区执行保障时任务能可靠工作,验证了设计方案的可行性。
To satisfy with environmental adaptability,the power vehicle is introduced in this paper,mainly including the structural of the rainproof inside the shelter,anti-dust,ventilation and heat dissipation.Besides,the rationality of the internal layout of the power station is verified by fluid simulation software.What’s more,the mission can work reliably in the Gobi and desert areas of Gansu,Xinjiang,fully verifying the feasibility of the design scheme,after delivered to the customer.
