介绍煤矿选煤厂压滤机改造的前提,叙述改造过程中新增模块的硬件组态,PLC程序修改的难点,KEPServerEX软件相关参数设置以及如何建立不同品牌PLC与WINCC之间的通讯连接,实现了压滤机系统的远程集中控制,改善了操作环境,系统维护方便,运行可靠。

This paper introduces the premise of filter press reformation, describes the hardware configuration of the newly added modules during the reformation process, the difficulty of PLC program modification, the related parameter settings of KEPServerEX software, and how to establish a communication connection between different brands of PLC and WINCC to realize the filter press. The remote centralized control of the system improves the operating environment, and the system is easy to maintain and reliable.
