摘要
售后反馈某厂商陶瓷PTC电加热器应用在空调器中出现电气击穿问题,经一系列售后现象统计和实验验证分析发现,主要是由于空调长期制冷工作导致冷凝水集聚在陶瓷PTC表面,水液通过电热器外围密封不良位置流入至管体内部,由于水渍长期腐蚀PTC发热片和渗透至发热片之间,从而导致零火电极片之间电气强度不够存在击穿隐患。针对该问题对陶瓷PTC电加热器的设计进行了相关的完善,从而有效降低售后出现的类似问题,提高整机可靠性。
After-sales feedback of a certain manufacturer’s ceramic PTC electric heater applied to air conditioners has electrical breakdown problems.After a series of after-sales phenomenon statistics and experimental verification analysis,it is found that the main reason is that the condensed water accumulates on the ceramic PTC surface due to the long-term refrigeration work of the air conditioner.It flows into the inside of the tube through the poorly sealed position on the periphery of the electric heater.Due to the long-term corrosion of the PTC heating sheet and penetration between the heating sheets,the electric strength between the zero fire electrode sheets is insufficient and there is a hidden danger of breakdown.In response to this problem,the design of the ceramic PTC electric heater has been improved,which effectively solves the similar problems that occur after sales and improves the reliability of the whole machine.
