摘要
通过初步建立刺榆的组培快繁体系,发现6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、硝酸铵3种物质对提高刺榆的平均出芽数均有促进作用,IBA可促进刺榆外植体分化,硝酸铵可提高芽的平均高度,并促使组培苗生长旺盛。刺榆外植体最佳启动培养基为DKW培养基+6-BA0.2mg/L+IBA0.05mg/L+蔗糖20g/L+琼脂6.0g/L,可有效提高平均出芽数。
The micropropagation technique of Hemiptelea davidii(Hance)Planch was researched in this study.It is discovered that 6-BA,IBA and ammonium nitrate were all conducive to improve the average budding number,and the IBA could facilitate the differentiation of explant,however,the ammonium nitrate was beneficial to elongation of the buds and make the seedlings growed vigorously.The best medium for the explants differentiation is DKW+6-BA 0.2mg/L+IBA 0.05mg/L+sucrose 20g/L+agar 6.0g/L.the best medium for improving the average budding number is DKW+6-BA 0.3mg/L+IBA 0.07mg/L+ammonium nitrate 1g/L+sucrose 20g/L+agar 6.0g/L.
