舒肝健脾汤联合电针治疗肝郁脾虚型腰椎间盘突出症的效果观察

Efficacy of combined ShuGanJianPi decoction and electropuncture in lumbar disc herniation with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency

目的观察舒肝健脾汤联合电针治疗肝郁脾虚型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法108例肝郁脾虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,分别采用电针联合腰痹通胶囊或电针联合舒肝健脾汤治疗。比较两组疗效、疼痛评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分、日本骨科学会下腰痛评定量表(JOA)评分。结果观察组疗效、JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.01),而VAS、ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论舒肝健脾汤联合电针治疗肝郁脾虚型腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined ShuGanJianPi decoction(SGJPD)and electropuncture in lumbar disc herniation with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency(LDH-LSSD).Methods A total of108 LDH-LSSD patients were randomly treated with electropuncture plus SGJPD(observation group)or Yaobitong capsules(control group).Clinical efficacy,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),and JOA scores were compared between two groups.Results Compared with control group,clinical efficacy and JOA scores were higher(P<0.01),while VAS and ODI scores were lower(P<0.01 or 0.05)in observation group.Conclusion Combined SGJPD and electropuncture are effective for patients with LDH-LSSD.
