摘要
人力资源是社会经济发展中十分重要的资源,其中人力资本是一个地区竞争力的重要组成部分。综合科学性、目的性、综合性和可操作性原则选取10项指标,作为度量河南省主要城市人力资本状况的标准进行评价,并提出相应的对策。
Human resource is the key resource of socio-economic development,and Human Capital(HC)is one essential component of regional competitiveness.Based on the principles of scientificity,purposefulness,comprehensiveness and operability,11 indexes were selected as standards to evaluate the HC status of major cities in Henan province.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
