海南风吹楠成熟叶叶面积估算模型建立 被引量:1

摘要 该研究通过对比3种测量方法(直尺法、仪器法和米格纸法)的差异显著性,筛选与海南风吹楠叶面积相关的叶形指标,并对其进行相关性分析,最后从26种模型中筛选出最优估算模型。结果显示:(1)完全可以用直尺法代替仪器法和米格纸法测量叶长和叶宽;(2)叶面积与5种叶型指标(叶长、叶宽、叶长乘宽、叶长的平方、叶宽的平方)具有显著正相关关系(P<0.01);(3)建立的拟合方程二元函数中的叶长的平方(x_(1))以及叶宽的平方(x_(2))与叶面积的拟合R2值最高(0.96324),预测精度较高(FC=0.96289),差异百分率(PD)在0.1%~3.1%,拟合方程y=727.676+0.116x_(1)+0.765x_(2)最佳。该研究运用拟合函数估测海南风吹楠的叶面积,为获得海南风吹楠的叶面积提供简便、有效的方法,为海南风吹楠相关的生态学研究和经营生产提供了技术支撑。 This study compares the significance of the differences among the three measurement methods(straightedge method,instrument method and Migra paper method),and screens the leaf shape indicators related to the leaf area of Horsfieldia hainanensis Merr.,and conducts correlation analysis on them. Finally,from The optimal estimation model was selected out of 26 models.The results show that(1)the ruler method can be used instead of the instrument and the meter paper method to measure leaf length and leaf width,(2)leaf area and 5 leaf type indicators(leaf length,leaf width,leaf length multiplied by width,The square of leaf length and the square of leaf width)have a significant positive correlation(P<0.01);(3)the square of leaf length(x_(1))and the square of leaf width(x_(2))in the binary function of the fitted equation established The fitting R2 value with leaf area is the highest(0.96324),the prediction accuracy is high(FC=0.96289),the percentage difference(PD)is 0.1 % ~3.1%,and the fitting equation y=727.676+0.116 x_(1)+0.765 x_(2)is the best.This study uses a fitting function to estimate the leaf area of H.hainanensis Merr.,providing a simple and effective method for obtaining the leaf area of H. hainanensis Merr.,and provides technical support for the ecological research and management of H. hainanensis Merr.
