摘要
以半红树植物海滨猫尾木种子为试验材料,设置不同浓度的GA;、IBA溶液和不同温度对海滨猫尾木种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明:海滨猫尾木种子千粒重为48.1g,温水处理对海滨猫尾木种子发芽率效果不明显;种子发芽率以浓度为25mg·L^(-1)GA_(3)处理最高,为55.33%;浓度为25mg·L;IBA和GA;促进海滨猫尾木种子发芽势(40%以上);种子发芽势也以25mg·L^(-1)GA_(3)最佳。综合可知,浓度为25mg·L^(-1)GA_(3)对海滨猫尾木种子发芽效果最佳。
In this study,Dolichandrone spathacea seeds of semi-mangrove species were determined. Seeds were soaked in different concentrations of gibberellin acid(GA;),indolent butyric acid(IBA)and temperatures. The results showed that the mean 1000-seed weight was 48.1 g. There was not obvious effect of germination rate in the temperature treatments. The effect of the treatment with the concentration of 25 mg·L^(-1)GA_(3)treatment was the best with 55.33%. IBA and GA;at 25 mg·L;promoted the germination potential(40% or more),and the seed germination potential was best with the concentration of 25 mg·L^(-1)GA_(3). In conclusion,the treatment with the concentration of 25 mg·L^(-1)GA_(3)treatment was better.
