海口市美舍河丰水期浮游植物群落结构特征及其水质评价 被引量:2

摘要 为了解热带城区河流浮游植物群落结构特征,于2017年9月对海南省海口市美舍河及其上游沙坡水库进行采样调查。结果表明,浮游植物种类数共有89种,种类组成以绿藻、硅藻和蓝藻为主。上游以细小平裂藻为主要优势种,中游以梅尼小环藻、尖尾蓝隐藻、小球藻为主,下游以细鞘丝藻和谷皮菱形藻为主。NMDS排序分析显示,浮游植物群落结构呈现一定的空间特征。采用浮游植物群落结构特征对美舍河水质评价,显示调查水体处于中污染状态,浮游植物群落结构组成能反映水体的生境现状。该研究为热带城区河流生态系统监测评价提供基础资料,为河流生态修复提供理论依据。 In order to understand the characteristics of the phytoplankton community structure in tropical urban rivers,the survey was conducted on the Meishe River and its upstream Shapo Reservoir in Haikou City,Hainan Province in September 2017. The results showed that there were 89 species of phytoplankton,and the species composition was dominated by green algae,diatoms and cyanophytes. The upper river were dominated by Merismopedia tenuissima,the middle were Cyclotella meneghiniana,Chroomonas acuta, and Chlorella vulgar,and the lower were Leptolyngbyaceae sp. and Nitzschia palea. Mainly. NMDS ordination analysis shows that the phytoplankton community structure presents certain spatial characteristics. The water quality evaluation of Meishe River based on the characteristics of phytoplankton community structure showed that it was in a state of moderate pollution. The composition of the phytoplankton community structure can reflect the status of the water body’s habitat. This study provides basic data for the monitoring and evaluation of river ecosystems in tropical urban areas,and provides a theoretical basis for river ecological restoration.
